August Ash, Inc. Launches Minnesota Teen Challenge Website
A new website has made it easier for Minnesota Teen Challenge (MnTC) to share one of the most important parts of their drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs - their success stories. The program’s new site design from August Ash, Inc. offers MnTC much needed flexibility and control with a content management system. In addition to having the ability to manage audio testimonies from rehabilitation program participants, the content management system allows each MnTC department to edit the information and resources about their program and upcoming events from their own offices.
The new web design features program details, alumni testimonials, and drug and alcohol facts, as well as information on volunteering. The site also gives visitors the ability to donate to the program online.
MnTC is one of the largest residential drug and alcohol programs in the state offering a sixty day drug treatment program and a year-long program. The program offers treatment to teens and adults from all backgrounds. In addition to the treatment programs, MnTC also provides an After Care program for those who have completed the year long Life Care rehabilitation program and would like more structure while transitioning into the mainstream of society.
MnTC has gained a reputation as one of the most successful drug rehabilitation programs in Minnesota. A 2007 study reports that 57% of 2005 graduates had no relapses and 74% reported no drug or alcohol use in the past six months. Of the more than half of participants who had been in another type of treatment before MnTC’s program, the majority rated their past treatment as less effective.
