It's worth pointing out that in the earliest stages of planning the new site, August Ash's designers and Internet Marketing team spent some research time analyzing the customer's existing site, looking at how visitors were already using it. By utilizing heatmapping technology to track visitors' movement through the site, we were able to get a clearer, smarter sense of how the new site could be better structured.

Another significant part of the project was the creation of a "giveaways" ability within the site. This feature now allows to generate and execute contests for customers on the website.
